Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase for unworn merchandise in its original packaging. Please note that all clearance items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Prepare Your Package

  Place your unworn items back in their original shoebox or packaging and include a copy of your original invoice or order confirmation.

• 2.
  Generate a Return Label

  Visit our online returns portal to print a pre-paid Canada Post shipping label or obtain a QR code for easy drop-off at any post office location.

• 3.
  Ship Your Return

  Affix the shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any Canada Post location; ensure you keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
